You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund (except for defective/damaged items).

Need a different size, color, or product? You can request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges are shipped free of charge once we receive your returned item.
